Frequently Asked Questions
GOOD FOR SWIMMING?
Water is wade in, weed free and clean for swimming. We have life jackets but of course its a good idea to bring your own. WATER SHOES are a must!
WHAT WATER EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
There is one sit-on-top kayak, and one sit-in kayak and a 4-person pedal boat. There are life jackets for 4 adults and 2 kids, but I highly recommend the kids bring their own.
HOW MUCH PARKING?
4 cars with possibility to park, boat/trailer.
IS THERE A BOAT LAUNCH NEAR BY?
Yes Dam 10 Campbellford, is a very easy and short 5 min drive way. Just down the one road!
CAN I DOCK MY BOAT?
We do not have a dock, but we have had larger boats anchor there before. The bottom is sand and rock and it it is walk in shallow.

We may allow pets at our discretion, please call or text us at 416-508-5099.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
PRICING:
There are no linens (bedding/blankets) or towels included, however, we can provide them for an extra fee.
This is to give you a chance to save some money, so bring your own pillowcases, sheets, blankets and towels.
Otherwise I can provide for any extra fee.
June, July and August minimum 3 night stay:
Friday and Saturday nights are $280 per night
Sunday night $270
Mon - Thursday nights are $260 per night.

Summer weekly rate discounted Friday to Friday (averages out to $257 per night)
